Unified Counselling offers online and face-to-face counselling for individuals and couples wishing to navigate the challenges they are facing. We provide a safe, supportive and understanding space for you to explore your issues, collaboratively working together to build a relationship based on trust and respect.
Our counsellor Isha is described as an insightful, compassionate and humorous counsellor who believes with the right support people can live their best life and experience their best relationships.

She uses a number of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory and Gottman Method Couples Counselling as well as mindfulness, relaxation and creative therapies such art when assisting her clients.

Clients under the NDIS scheme (National Disability Insurance Scheme) who are self-managed or plan-managed can see Isha for counselling sessions. These sessions can also include art or creative therapy as part of the hourly session.
